Schedule:

Monday–Friday, additional overtime as needed
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Join a fast-paced team at a leading local charcoal manufacturer. This is a full-time, hands-on production role in a dusty but rewarding manufacturing environment. Ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically strong, and looking for steady work.

Responsibilities

Stack bags of charcoal weighing 8-60 lbs. (average 50 lbs.)
Operate folding and baling equipment to compress and package product
Perform hand baling, including sealing and moving bags
Complete general clean-up to maintain a safe, organized work area
Rotate between positions throughout the shift to reduce strain and support production flow

Requirements:

Ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly and work at a steady physical pace
Must be able to work in dusty environments
- Not suitable for individuals with severe asthma, respiratory conditions, or dust sensitivity
Must pass a drug test and background check
Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
Steel toe shoes required
