Job Description
Seeking a detail oriented, driven, Field Support Manager for a very busy private duty nursing office!
Field Support Manager (FSM)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Obtains verifications/denials, authorizations for services, and verifications of eligibility for clients
o Ensures accuracy of caregiver information in Axxess and all other user interfaces
o Assists with the billing, payroll, EVV’s and medical records process
o Corrects overlapping EVV’s and provides re-education to repeat offenders
o Delivers exceptional customer service to customers, patients, and family members especially in the context of troubleshooting and conflict resolution
o Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication within the office as well as with clients, caregivers, field staff, and team members
o Collaborates with the operations team to ensure appropriate and effective operational methods and best practices are used to support the office
o Submits nursing requirements and backgrounds to third parties for approval
o Provides thorough tablet and Axxess training for all new hires and struggling staff members
o Implements, develops, and oversees best practices, tools, and processes in accordance with company, federal, state, local and accreditation standards
o Oversees caregiver and field staff on-boarding experience including orientation, credentialing, etc.
o Ensures caregivers and field staff meet all requirements prior to providing patient care
o Manages field support specialist development, including coaching, training and continuing education
