Join our client's growing team as a full time Packaging Operator in their leading, food manufacturing facility located in New Holland, PA! The Packaging Operators are responsible for safely operating and monitoring automated packaging equipment across multiple production lines. This role ensures that products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging machinery on various lines
Inspect packaging for quality, seal integrity, and labeling accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and food safety standards
Support team members to meet daily production goals
Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
6 months of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting up to 45 lbs throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
