- Sunday-Wednesday, 10:00am-8:00pm
- Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Establish, monitor, update, and quality check all U.S. Customs and Canadian CANPASS clearances for international flight operations
- Coordinate and manage international handling and logistics setups for assigned international flights
- Track daily international flight activity, including departures and estimated arrival times, to ensure timely and accurate updates are communicated to Customs, supporting the efficient processing of flights
- Accurately document all situations and deviations affecting flight activity to provide reliable information that supports informed decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in flight operations; familiarity with Customs, CANPASS, and foreign travel requirements is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a results-driven mindset
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with Owners and crew members
- Adaptable and composed in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Culturally aware with a genuine appreciation for the diversity of both the employee and Owner groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating general technology platforms
