Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description

Prepare Shipments — Collect routing labels, organize required documentation, and prepare shipments according to schedule.
Coordinate Material Issuance — Work with the team lead to determine which materials must be issued for shipping and communicate clear instructions to warehouse staff.
Verify Outbound Loads — Ensure all loaded materials match the packing list; resolve discrepancies before dispatch.
Record Material Movement — Accurately enter all material movements into the system to maintain realtime inventory accuracy.
Daily Cycle Counts — Perform daily cycle counts of finished goods inventory and support reconciliation of variances.
Maintain Organized Inventory — Keep finished goods inventory neat, accessible, and easy to search, ensuring efficient retrieval and staging.
Plan NextDay Loads — Plan and stage materials for the following day’s shipments to ensure smooth workflow and ontime loading.
