Compensation:$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers and sellers through the home-buying and selling process
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client communication
- Conduct property showings, consultations, and listing appointments
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
- Build relationships within the local community and client database
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every transaction
Qualifications:
- An active Texas Real Estate License is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and following proven systems
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Desire to grow both personally and professionally
