MATERIAL HANDLER
Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 5:30 pm
$18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Read the production schedule or requisition to determine items to be distributed.
- Moves material between receiving and production.
- Sorts and stores material according to established procedures.
- Fills material requisitions.
- Opens crates and other containers.
- Counts and records the amount of material received and distributed.
- Enters receiving and disbursement data into the ERP system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals, blueprints, safety rules, and operating/maintenance procedures
- Perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Solve practical problems and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
