Hiring Immediately | $16.62 per hour | Rotating Schedule

People Plus in Paducah is now hiring for a full-time Repackaging Operator position in Eddyville, KY! This is an excellent opportunity to join a reliable, fast-paced production team with consistent hours and competitive pay.

Shift & Pay:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off
Starting Pay: $16.62 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor packaging lines (small bags, large bags, labeling, etc.)
Lift and stack bags weighing up to 55 lbs
Work efficiently and independently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
Solve practical problems and follow detailed written and verbal instructions

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 55+ lbs and perform frequent bending, moving, and standing
Ability to work in a manual labor environment
Must pass prescreening, including a drug screen and background check
