Quality Assurance Manager

CDR ProSource is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization in Three Rivers, MI. This position is ideal for a strong quality leader who can oversee quality systems, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Job Location: Three Rivers, Michigan
Pay Rate: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all Quality Assurance functions and supervise Quality team members
• Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, AS9100D, and ISO 14001 standards
• Serve as Management Representative during customer and certification audits
• Lead internal audits, external audits, and recertification activities
• Manage PPAP submissions, APQP activities, PFMEA, MSA, and other quality planning processes
• Lead corrective action processes using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Oversee customer complaints, RMAs, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
• Direct inspection, testing, and CMM layout activities to ensure product conformance
• Lead quality involvement in new project launches and product introductions
• Maintain engineering revisions and quality documentation systems
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, production, and leadership teams
• Promote and drive a strong quality-focused culture throughout the organization

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5–10 years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 14001 standards
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, and Core Quality Tools
• Six Sigma problem-solving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience leading certification audits and working directly with customers
• Certified IATF 16949 Auditor preferred
• ISO 14001 Auditor certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
