Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Jet Engine and Land Turbine manufacturer in Greer, SC to hire a CNC Machine operator

We are hiring an EXPERIENCED CNC Operator in Greer, SC.

1st shift 6am-2pm

$18.00-22.00 per hour Depending on experience

CNC Operator Summary:

Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, etc.
Interpreting GD&T
Verifying and planning inventory, placing orders
Programming and setting up mills and lathes
Loading feed mechanism
Verify machine settings
Maintain specs
Maintain a clean and safe area and operation
Maintain equipment
Maintain continuity
Documentation of Quality and production logs

CNC Operator Qualifications:

Control machines and processes
Computer operation
Effective communication skills in English
Tooling knowledge, Functional and technical skills
Inventory control and knowledge
Attention to details
Ability to analyze and evaluate results
Ability to operate computerized machinery
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, technical drawings
