QuickPro Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Returns Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Fairborn, Ohio. This role is responsible for inspecting, processing, and documenting returned items to ensure accuracy and proper inventory handling. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, warehouse experience, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect returned items for damage, missing parts, and overall condition
- Determine proper disposition of returned products (restock, damaged, etc.)
- Accurately process items into the inventory system
- Repackage and prepare products for restocking
- Safely transport, load, and unload materials using pallets, carts, dollies, and other equipment
- Properly use and maintain warehouse equipment (RF scanners, tablets, etc.)
- Identify warranty or repair opportunities and tag items accordingly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with customer service and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies
- Document damages and communicate trends to supervisors
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or furniture handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with proper equipment or assistance
- Strong attention to detail and inspection accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills (inventory systems experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using warehouse equipment such as carts, dollies, lifts, or tuggers preferred
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
