Job Description

Sr. Delivery Enablement Lead

Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (2 days onsite/week), Contract

We’re partnering with a global technology organization to hire a Sr. Delivery Enablement Lead supporting a large-scale transformation across a complex, multi-team environment.

This is a high-impact enablement-focused role designed to help execute a strategy and roadmap that are already in place, not build them from scratch. It’s all about driving execution and adoption at scale, helping teams bring structure and consistency to how they plan, prioritize, and deliver work.

What You’ll Do

Drive adoption of agile and SDLC best practices
Support quarterly planning, intake, and capacity management
Help operationalize resource planning and executive reporting dashboards
Create and roll out playbooks and standardized processes
Improve delivery consistency, dependency management, and visibility
Partner across teams to influence and drive change at scale

What We’re Looking For

Advanced expertise in JIRA
Strong experience with agile at scale (SAFe or similar) in large, matrixed environments
Deep understanding of SDLC and delivery practices
Experience with capacity planning or resource management
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive adoption

This is not a traditional Agile Coach role. It’s a high-level, hands-on opportunity to help a large organization execute better and scale smarter.
