Key Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for painting by setting up equipment, ladders, scaffolding, and covering furniture and floors.
• Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with appropriate compound fillers.
• Prepare surfaces using sandpaper, wire brushes, or steel wool.
• Apply paint using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Create special effects using paint with cloth, brushes, or sponges.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork; stencil surfaces with lettering or decorations; hang wallpaper; power wash exterior

Qualifications & Skills

• Highschool / GED Required
• 2+ years of Painting experience
• English language proficiency
