Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important information.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress on various initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
