Sandwich Maker / Line Crew - Now Hiring

Join the founding crew at the new West Coast Sourdough in Webster, TX!

We make fresh, made-to-order sandwiches on our signature sourdough — and we need friendly, energetic people to build them. No experience required; we’ll train you.

Pay: $13–$15/hour + tips

What you’ll do:

∙ Build sandwiches quickly and accurately to order

∙ Keep your station clean, stocked, and food-safe

∙ Greet and help customers with a smile

∙ Help with prep, dishes, and general upkeep

What we’re looking for:

∙ A positive attitude and willingness to learn

∙ Ability to work quickly and stay organized during rushes

∙ Reliable and team-oriented

∙ Food Handler certification a plus (we’ll help you get it)
