Shift Lead / Assistant Manager - Now Hiring

West Coast Sourdough is opening in Webster, TX — and we’re hiring our founding team!

We’re looking for a dependable Shift Lead to help run daily operations at our brand-new sandwich shop. If you love fast-paced food service, take pride in great customer experiences, and want to grow with a new store from day one, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $16–$19/hour (based on experience) + tips

What you’ll do:

∙ Open and/or close the store and handle cash management

∙ Lead and support the shift team during busy periods

∙ Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

∙ Train and coach new team members

∙ Step in on the line, register, or prep as needed

What we’re looking for:

∙ 1+ year of food service or retail experience (lead/supervisor experience a plus)

∙ Reliable, calm under pressure, and a natural team player

∙ Food Handler / Manager certification a plus (we can help you get certified)

∙ Available for flexible shifts — no late nights!
