Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Rad Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations on patients of all ages.
- Operate X-ray equipment in designated inpatient and outpatient rooms.
- Ensure all imaging equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately.
- Collaborate with radiologists to discuss interpretation of results and plan patient treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete necessary documentation using Cerner EMR.
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and wear required radiation badge.
- Current ARRT certification and applicable state licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience using PACS and Cerner EMR systems preferred.
- Ability to perform duties across rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
