Job Summary:
An X-Ray Technologist position is available in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role involves performing diagnostic radiographic, portable, c-arm, and fluoroscopic procedures in a healthcare facility setting. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of employment. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology; ARRT Radiography registration; WI-DSPS radiographer license (if working in Wisconsin); approved AHA Provider level BLS certification; 0 years of experience.

- Additional Information: Performs diagnostic radiographic, portable, c-arm, and fluoroscopic procedures. Reviews patients' clinical history, provides patient education, selects and operates imaging equipment, positions patients appropriately, initiates basic life support when necessary, determines radiographic technique and exposure factors, applies ALARA principles, and follows radiation safety protocols. Records and reports safety incidents, processes images, maintains quality control, and submits data for physician review. Uses radiology information systems including PACS, and assists with medical record and image sharing as needed.
