• Provide patient and family education while addressing cultural and psychosocial needs
• Support teamwork, mentor staff, delegate tasks, and promote quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain regulatory compliance, effective communication, and a safe patient care environment
• Participate in unit goals, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice discussions.
