White Glove Furniture Delivery & Installation Driver

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused White Glove Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This position involves delivering, assembling, and installing high-end furniture inside customers' homes while providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This is not a standard delivery position. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of professionalism when representing our company inside customers' homes.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company delivery vehicles.

- Perform white glove furniture delivery services.

- Deliver furniture into customers' homes with care and professionalism.

- Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications.

- Ensure all products are clean, damage-free, and properly installed before leaving.

- Protect customers' homes, including floors, walls, doorways, and personal property during delivery and installation.

- Remove and dispose of packaging materials when required.

- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the delivery process.

- Provide outstanding customer service that consistently earns 5-star reviews.

- Complete delivery paperwork and photos as required.

- Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.

- Work efficiently with delivery partners to complete daily routes.

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver furniture weighing 75-150+ pounds with assistance.

- Previous furniture delivery, moving, installation, or white glove service experience preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality.

- MUST HAVE BOX TRUCK DRIVING EXPERIENCE
