Inventory counter

The Inventory Counter is responsible for accurately counting and verifying warehouse stock, ensuring inventory records are precise and discrepancies are promptly identified. Using barcode scanners, the role involves primarily standing and walking to assess stock in various warehouse locations. The Inventory Counter reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock counting of warehouse inventory using barcode scanners
• Verify inventory records against physical stock
• Record data accurately for inventory management systems
• Identify and report any discrepancies found during counts

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
