Looking to grow your career in property management? We’re searching for a proactive, organized, and service-driven Assistant Property Manager to help lead the daily operations of a thriving multi-family apartment community.
This is more than just a support role — you’ll be a key player in creating a positive living experience for residents, maintaining operational excellence, and helping the property reach its leasing and occupancy goals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the community
- Assist with leasing: give tours, respond to inquiries, and close new leases
- Help process move-ins, renewals, and move-outs smoothly and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Manage rent collection, post payments, and follow up on delinquencies
- Maintain accurate records, resident files, and property documents
- Use property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) for daily tasks
- Participate in property inspections, vendor coordination, and community events
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual, Spanish
- 1–2 years of experience in property management, or leasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
