About us

Elite Vehicle Solutions is seeking both Entry-Level and Experienced Manufacturing Technicians. Technicians manufacture automotive wiring harnesses and electronic components in accordance with company-approved methods and workmanship standards.

Location: Central NJ. We service government agencies and private fleets with vehicle upfits, including emergency lighting, advanced technology, truck equipment, and accessories.

Work hours are Monday-Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with overtime occasionally available.

Responsibilities:

  • All facets of Electronics Manufacturing, including wiring, connections, fabrication, testing, and more.
  • Maintain proper service paperwork.

Preferred but not required:

  • EXPERIENCE: Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • ENTRY LEVEL - On-the-job training is provided.
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to make individual quality decisions independent of direct supervision set proper task priorities, and efficiently manage time and company resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Helpful: Knowledge of mobile electronics or other 12-Volt installations, including lighting systems, car alarms, car stereos/audio, etc.
  • Other technical training or experience will be considered.
  • A background in electronic components, the automotive industry, and equipment maintenance is a plus.

Duties:
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:

-Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
