Preferred to have J-STD certification. (Expired is okay)

Electronic Assembler

Required Skills:

• J-STD-001 certification
• Ability to identify electronic components (through-hole and SMT)
• Basic understanding of mechanical and PCB assembly processes
• Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or within a team

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior hands-on experience in electronic assembly or related manufacturing roles
• Experience working in a production environment using IPC or J-STD-001 standards

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production setting, with both seated and standing work expected
• Use of hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment must be performed safely and correctly
