Summary:

Seeking a Collections Specialist with 3–5 years of high-volume collections experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Responsible for managing accounts receivable, reducing delinquent accounts, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Process credit card, e-check payments, and refunds
• Partner with Sales and Management to expedite collections
• Research customer payments and support cash application activities
• Prepare collection activity reports and maintain account records

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of high-volume collections experience
• Industrial/Manufacturing industry background required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with CMS/RMS, InfoPro, Soft-Pak, or similar systems

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.
