Busy manufacturing facility is looking for a Logistics/Shipping Administrator with 5+ years of experience.
Job Duties:
- 5+ years of Shipping/Logistics Admin Experience
- Knowledge of UPS WorldShip, FedEx and other shipping programs
- Handle Bills of Lading for other LTL carriers
- Provide tracking to internal team and customers
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent with numbers, calculations and conversions for data entry
- Experience speaking with trucking companies and coordinating deliveries
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm
