Property Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity paying $20–$25/hour DOE, working Monday through Friday on the day shift, supporting apartment communities throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. This role includes completing work orders, unit turns, and general maintenance repairs in occupied and vacant units. The ideal candidate has apartment maintenance or handyman experience and can work independently while providing professional service at multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and service requests
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry repairs
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Replace fixtures, appliances, flooring, and HVAC components as needed
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance, property maintenance, or handyman experience
• Must have own hand and power tools and a working smartphone
• Valid California Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
