Sanitation Worker

Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is currently hiring a Sanitation / Janitorial Worker for a warehouse located near San Leandro, CA.

As a Sanitation/Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the inside of the warehouse and various designated facility areas.

Pay Rate: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Possible weekends and overtime as needed)

Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Here's what we're looking for:

• Employment Eligibility: Must be willing to undergo a background check and complete E-Verify verification.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: Previous experience cleaning offices, restrooms, and warehouse environments.
• Laundry Services: Ability to assist as a laundry worker (ironing duties).
• Task Management: Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing daily chores with minimal guidance.
• General Maintenance: Regular trash removal and keeping facilities tidy.
