What You’ll Do

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
• Perform leak testing and basic product testing
• Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred (but not required):

• Cable or harness assembly experience
• Cleanroom or technical manufacturing experience
• Experience with leak testing or inspection processes
• Ability to read engineering drawings or blueprints

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical training or certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs (more with assistance)
• Stand or sit for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands, arms, and tools
• Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout shift

Work Environment

• Clean, organized manufacturing or cleanroom setting
• PPE required (provided)
• Moderate noise and exposure to production equipment
