The Bakery Supervisor will oversee operations within a wholesale bakery environment, ensuring high-quality production while managing a dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Manage bakery team to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Oversee inventory control to maintain adequate supply levels
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed for all products
• Develop and maintain staff scheduling for optimal coverage
• Train new and existing staff on bakery procedures and best practices
• Enforce safety compliance to maintain a secure work environment
