Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

Guardian HealthStaff is seeking a dependable and organized Healthcare Receptionist for a 26-week contract assignment at New Lisbon Correctional Institution (NLCI) in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This position offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to support healthcare operations in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scanning and filing of medical records and documents.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient-related activities.
• Conduct file reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Process copy requests and other administrative tasks.
• Provide general clerical and office support as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling healthcare information.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare office, medical receptionist, or administrative support role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
