We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily apartment community in Oldsmar, FL!

The ideal candidate must be able to complete work orders and apartment turns accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
✔ Multifamily apartment maintenance experience required
✔ Experience with work orders, make-readies, and unit turns
✔ Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs
✔ HVAC Certification Preferred
✔ CPO Certification Preferred
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities:
Complete service requests in a timely manner
Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
Work efficiently while ensuring quality workmanship

Pay: Competitive and based on experience
