Administrator/Executive Director

Your Role at Rivera Mansions:

As the Administrator/Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational success of our community.

Your key areas of focus will include:

• Fostering a Culture of Quality Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care and services in a comfortable and supportive environment.
• Engaging with Residents and the Community: Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community to enhance the Rivera experience.
• Supporting and Developing Our Team: Providing guidance and leadership to our dedicated staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensuring Sound Financial Operations: Overseeing the community's financial performance and ensuring responsible fiscal management.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred.
• A current and valid administrator license for the state in which the community operates, along with CPR certification, is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in the senior living or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial management principles and budget oversight.
• Sales, marketing & census/occupancy experience.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the operating state.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technologies (including electronic health record systems).
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
