Job Description
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Machine Operator to join a growing production team in Tukwila, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn machine operation in a fast-paced production environment.
This position is split between warehouse responsibilities and machine operation, supporting production flow, material preparation, and shipping activities.
Compensation:
$28/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Overtime as needed
Location:
Tukwila, WA
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and stage materials, pallets, and production orders for shipment and machine processing
• Assist with warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and material movement
• Learn and operate production machinery safely and efficiently following work instructions and supervisor guidance
• Perform basic measurements and quality checks to ensure accuracy of finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate production issues, material shortages, and equipment concerns to leadership
• Assist with loading, unloading, palletizing, and general warehouse support duties
• Follow OSHA safety standards and all PPE requirements
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed (training/certification preferred)
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn machine operation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Basic computer and communication skills preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
