General Laborer

Seeking reliable and hardworking Shop Helpers to support daily shop operations on the 2nd shift (2:30PM –11:30PM). This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general shop duties and production support
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Perform frequent heavy lifting and manual labor as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and frequent heavy lifting
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the shift
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shop, manufacturing, or labor-intensive environment (Preferred)
• Candidates will train on the day shift for approximately one week before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.
