Apartment Maintanence Technician

Four Pines is looking for a maintenance technician for a multi-unit property. This person needs to be well-versed in various duties related to general maintenance and able to work through problem-solving and schedule their time to complete more than one job in a day. This candidate needs to be knowledgeable about general plumbing, electrical, and make-ready tasks, and some minor HVAC knowledge would be helpful. Some construction and, most importantly, a self-starter and a team player. Pay commensurate with experience.
