Overview:
Supports wholesale business by managing orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a smooth order lifecycle from entry to delivery. Acts as a key point of contact for customers, Sales, and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders in ERP from entry through shipment and post-delivery support
- Process returns, credits, cancellations, and other order updates accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries (order status, inventory, pricing, tracking, etc.)
- Monitor inventory, backorders, and fulfillment to support timely delivery
- Resolve customer issues end-to-end with clear communication and follow-up
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to address escalations and improve service
- Prepare reports, track key metrics, and identify process improvements
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and support chargeback resolution
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in customer service, order management, or similar role preferred
- ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with strong collaboration skills
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8a-5pm
