Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on CNC turning and milling machines, welding equipment, and production tools. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability and safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC turning, milling, and welding machines
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
- Inspect and maintain tools (grinding/buffing tools, impact wrenches, crimping tools)
- Complete maintenance requests from internal departments
- Document all repairs, maintenance work, and parts replacements
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S)
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CNC maintenance or industrial mechanical experience
- Experience working with CNC machines (turning and milling preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hour shifts
- Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment
- Stable work history with verifiable references
- Must pass background check and drug screening
