Now Hiring: Landscape Pruning & Bed Maintenance Crew Member
Based in the Treasure Valley | Competitive Pay | Full-Time
We’re looking for a detail-oriented crew member to join our team at Pro-Vision Landscape. This role focuses on plant and bed maintenance—not mowing or irrigation. If you like working outdoors, have a good eye for detail, and want to help keep landscapes looking clean, healthy, and beautiful, this would be a great fit!
What You’ll Do:
Prune shrubs, trees, and plants for shape and health
Weed and clean out beds, walkways, and borders
Remove dead plants, debris, and spent blooms
Maintain seasonal curb appeal (mulch, bed edges, light trimming)
Communicate with foremen about plant health, problems, or replacements needed
Occasionally assist with loading/unloading materials at job sites
Ensure that the work we do represents the brand accordingly
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with pruning, planting, or general landscape maintenance is a plus
Attention to detail—you notice what others miss
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
Punctual, dependable, and ready to work
Someone with knowledge about various tree, shrub, and plant care practices
Skills in gardening and occasional weed treatment
