What You’ll Do (The Daily Routine):

As a Patient Care Technician, you are the heartbeat of our treatment floor, operating specialized neurological regeneration and physical rehab equipment. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting in Treatments: Prep patients for care, set up specialized passive therapies, and guide patients through custom neuropathy rehab exercises, stretches, and protocols.
• Patient Education: Empower patients by educating them on the science behind functional medicine and peripheral neuropathy reversal.
• Flow & Support: Keep treatment rooms clean and organized, update electronic patient records accurately, and ensure a smooth, high-energy patient flow.
• Creating an Elite Experience: Act as the encouraging face of our clinic, ensuring every patient feels supported, cheered on, and ready to smash their health goals.

Who You Are:

• High energy, active, and loves a physical, on-your-feet role.
• Deeply empathetic and compassionate—many of our neuropathy patients have been failed by traditional medicine and are looking for real hope.
• An interest in kinesiology, personal training, sports medicine, or holistic health is a huge plus!
