Production Associate – 3rd Shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (with option to renew for a second year)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position involves working on an assembly line in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be able to maintain quality standards, follow work instructions, and consistently meet production goals while standing for the duration of the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect products and components for defects to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
• Keep pace with production demands in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations.
• Ability to stand and remain active for the entire shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent use of hands for assembly and inspection tasks.
• No heavy lifting required, but must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.

Contract Information

This is a 1-year contract position with the opportunity for renewal for an additional year based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
