Job Type: Temporary - (6 months to a Year)

Location: Milburn, OK 73450

Job Description: Follow direction from the Supervisor and Drill Operator while assisting with daily drilling operations. Act as a spotter by maintaining constant awareness of surroundings, ensuring drills are properly aligned and positioned, and verifying that the feather and pin are secure. Confirm drill hole depth meets job specifications and monitor blind spots, communicating clearly with operators to prevent hazards. Help maintain a safe work environment by identifying unsafe conditions, assist with site housekeeping by removing debris and organizing materials, and retrieve or transport tools as needed. Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and holding materials.

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Monday through Saturday, starting at 6:30 AM
• Weekday shifts: 10–12 hours per day
• Saturday shifts: 8 hours
• Work is performed outdoors for 10+ hours daily in varying weather conditions
• Employees must wear proper PPE at all times
• Steel toe boots required (other PPE provided)
• Employees must bring their own lunch (no nearby food options available)

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation required (valid driver’s license preferred)**
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and squatting for extended periods
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and guidelines
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus, but not required
