Home Health Field Nurses: RN, LVN

Novel Home Health Agency is an established yet growing Home Health agency. We are increasing our field team so we are looking for nurses (RNs and LVNs) who are able to provide an outstanding level of care.

We have multiple positions open in the DFW Metroplex (South Dallas, North Dallas, GARLAND/MESQUITE/BALCH SPRINGS area, etc).

Duties include:

• Perform skilled nursing visits as scheduled.
• Coordination of care with Clinical Managers.
• Coordination of care with physician offices
• Coordination of care with Home Health Aides
