Director of Services

Established Supportive Living Services agency located in Santa Barbara is seeking a highly qualified professional for our Director of Services position. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is equally adept at assisting our clients, conversing with their parents, managing staff, communicating with TCRC Service Coordinators, and working with our administration team.

Seeing first-hand people with developmental disabilities leading such fulfilling and enriching lives makes our work extremely satisfying.

Our ideal candidates shall have:

·        A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work

·        5 or more years-experience working in Human Services (preferably working with people with developmental disabilities)

·        A working understanding of the Social Services system

·        Elite communication and ‘problem-solving’ skills

·        Proven leadership skills

·         A strong desire to help others

We offer a competitive salary ($85,000 a year and up depending on level of experience).
