The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support and assistance to customers through multiple channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions. This role involves managing orders, handling account information, and providing accurate product knowledge while working collaboratively within a customer service team and cross-functional groups. The position offers opportunities for advancement into management or specialized customer service roles.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email, phone, and in-person
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer accounts
  • Manage and update product knowledge to assist customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Generate reports and track customer feedback
  • Resolve customer problems through problem-solving skills
  • Support customers across multiple communication channels
  • Utilize basic math skills for order processing and reporting
  • Use help desk software, email management tools, phone systems, and CRM platforms

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
