We're currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Staffing Account Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our client partnerships and business success.

As a Staffing Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and delivering workforce solutions that help organizations meet their hiring goals. What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships
- Identify client hiring needs and recommend customized staffing and workforce solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and account management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to align talent solutions with client expectations and hiring objectives
- Conduct regular client check-ins to strengthen relationships and uncover additional business opportunities
- Represent Hire Connections at client meetings, networking events, community functions, and industry-related activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions within the CRM
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue goals
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate business opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience with CRM and ATS platforms is a plus
