Customer Service Representative

Position Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Colton, CA
Duration: 04 Month Contract 
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range: USD $20-21 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to learn new software and systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and reliability.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 

• Answer customers' requests
• Schedule special pickups
• Monitor customer pricing
• Set up New accounts in routing software with assistance from the Transportation Department
• Provides courteous and efficient customer service
• Answers basic customer inquiries
• Provides routine administrative support to assigned group.
