Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring customers receive the parts and materials they need to keep their operations running.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments
• Load and unload deliveries
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Build pallets and shipping crates using hand tools
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Utilize Microsoft Office and warehouse systems as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
• QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime available
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
