Customers Service and Provisioning (English and Spanish)

In Person Full time (40 hours a week)

Monday through Friday

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all United World Telecom prospective and existing customers through in-depth knowledge of company services and websites.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
• Responsible for providing customers with service information and order updates with confidence
• Processing customer orders through various web interfaces and working with vendors
• Handle customer disputes, billing inquiries and payments
• Work with sales, technical support and accounting teams in handling customer inquiries
• Attend other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Spanish a plus
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
