AYRO International Moving is hiring seasonal Movers & Packers for the busy summer moving season. Work typically slows down in the fall. We need reliable, hard-working people who show up on time, move with urgency, follow directions, and handle customers’ belongings carefully.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically able to lift and carry furniture/boxes
• Drug-free and clean background
• No smoking during shifts, on customer property, or around company vehicles
• Careful, respectful, and professional
• Must be willing to work out-of-town (Work in Northern VA and Virginia Beach)
• Moving, packing, delivery, warehouse, or labor experience HIGHLY preferred!
• Open to unexperienced and fast learners as well, must adapt quick.
• Must understand this is a seasonal work and may slow down in the fall

Pay & Expectations

• Starting pay: $160/day + tips
• Higher pay possible for experienced, proven performers
• Additional compensation for approved long-distance, out-of-town, overnight, or extended-scope jobs

We are looking for a reliable, intelligent, self-motivated person who can lead a crew, drive a manual moving truck, communicate professionally with customers, and complete jobs efficiently and carefully.

Requirements

• Must drive a manual transmission moving truck
• Clean driving record required
• Fluent English required
• Moving company leadership experience preferred
• Drug-free and reliable
• Physically able to help with moving work
• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to think independently
• Must be willing to work out-of-town moves
• Must understand this is seasonal work and may slow down in the fall
